| Customizing Designs: All designs in this catalog may be customized with the name and location of the camp, or any other appropriate text or logo desired. NO ART CHARGE for customizing will apply, except to repair your existing art for good print quality (e.g. some web images). |

| Combined Quantity SPECIAL: Pricing is set at the highest of quantity of shirts ordered, regardless of the number of different designs chosen. YES, that counts whether we're printing something from this catalog or using your own design. Minimum quantity is 2 dozen per design. |

| Set-up Fees and Screen Charges: No set-up fees apply to customized catalog items. One-time screen charges of $15 per color may apply, please check with your customer service representative. |

| Additional Location Print: Back prints or sleeve prints may be added to any customized design. Pricing is based on the number of print colors and quantity ordered (see table above). Does not apply to specially priced programs such as Topo Map shirts and the Camp-Well series. |

Shipping: All prices are FOB Asheville NC. Shipping will be billed based on actual shipping costs. We ship via UPS ground unless customer requests another shipping method.

| WORDING AND/OR PRINT COLOR CHANGES: YES EVERYTHING WE OFFER IS COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZABLE. Wherever possible we are happy to adjust print colors to fit customer preferences and, of course, to work well with chosen shirt colors. Some designs may not lend themselves to color changes; others, like the swatch collage series, demand it. |

Production Time: Generally, 2 weeks delivery for 1st order, 1 week for reprints. We offer turn-around orders more quickly than this, if quicker turnaround needed, call for scheduling availability. Less than 5-day turnaround may incur 10% rush charge. PLEASE SCHEDULE EARLY if you need your shirts in May or June to ensure timely delivery. |

| Reprint Cost: Reprints are usually available in 1 week, 3 dozen per design minimum, price determined by reprint quantity. |

Cancellation: Cancellation of orders is allowed with 2 weeks notice, though we reserve the right to question your judgment or taste (but probably not to your face). Under 2 weeks, if we have already purchased shirts for your order and we cannot reallocate them to other pending orders, a 20% re-stocking charge may apply. Orders may not be cancelled after printing has begun. |
